Proposed Amendment
The Local Governing Body at Wren Academy Enfield is proposing an amendment to the Admissions Policy arrangements for the academic year 2026 / 2027.
The amendment will be to Priority 4 of the Oversubscription Criteria:
- Priority will next be given to the children of staff members who have been employed on a permanent contract for a period of two years or more at the time at which the application is made; and/or the member of staff is recruited to fill a vacant post at the school for which there is a demonstrable skill shortage. To be eligible, staff must work on the school site on a weekly basis for their child to be admitted.

The consultation will be open for six weeks from 25 November 2024 to 6 January 2025.
Following the close of the consultation period, the Local Governing Body will consider comments, review the policy and publish the final version in March 2025.
